Welcome to the Spavio Partner Portal. By registering and using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and Registration

- Keep your account and documentation up to date.
- Registration is free for the first 6 months. After 6 months, a subscription fee will be required to continue using the platform as a registered partner.

- Fulfill bookings on time and with proper conduct.
3. Prohibited Activities
Spavio strictly prohibits any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities on its platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Offering or promoting adult, sexual, or exploitative services.
- Fraudulent bookings, misrepresentation, or identity theft.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
If any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent conduct is found or suspected, your account will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
Spavio will not be held responsible for any unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activity committed by a partner. All such actions are solely the responsibility of the individual or business involved. We may report such conduct to legal authorities.
4. Account Termination
- Violation of these terms.
- Customer complaints or misconduct.
- Failure to meet safety, hygiene, or professional standards.
5. Content and Media
You authorize Spavio to use your service images, logos, and descriptions for listing and marketing purposes. Do not upload copyrighted, misleading, or offensive content.
6. Dispute Resolution
We encourage amicable resolutions. Unresolved disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law.
7. Modifications
Spavio may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review updates regularly.
